My testimony is about God and not me. Its about what God has done in my life and not what I have done. My life was full of self, if it needed to be done, I had the answer. Going to church not of my free will, but my family’s. My wife was a devoted Christian, she enjoyed God’s grace daily, and I felt I was missing something from my life. My life started to change one day in Viet Nam, miserable with loneliness beyond what I could bear. Not knowing God, I got on my knees and prayed for God’s love and to understand his holy word. I had a Bible, which I began to study, and it revealed that I was lost without Jesus Christ in my life. In July 1973 at the age of 32, I accepted Jesus Christ as my personal savior, and said for the first time in my life the sinner’s prayer. Life has a purpose and I’m part of God’s family which I love and adore each day of my life. Thanks to Jesus Christ.
