My God is a God who looks at each ones heart. My testimony is this; that He gave me Christian parents who guided my heart toward Him, by seeing that I was always in church. Not only to hear his word but to fellowship with others who know Christ as Lord and Savior. I accepted Jesus as my Savior at VBS when I was ten years old. During High School my heart was turned more on myself than on my Lord Jesus. At the end of my senior year God used a man named Bill Glass, (defensive end for the Cleveland Browns). Bill was an evangelist for Christ and brought me running back to putting My Lord and Savior first in my life again. When God looks at your heart does He find Himself first in your life?

I married Nina in 1971 and together we have two wonderful sons, Shawn and Jeremy, and three grandsons, and a granddaughter.

Galatians 2:20 is my favorite Bible verse. “I am crucified with Christ nevertheless I live, yet not I but Christ lives within me, and this life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the son of God who loved me and gave himself for me.”
